What is a home co-investment?
A home co-investment is a smart new financing alternative. We give buyers cash in exchange for a share in the future appreciation or depreciation of their home. Our funding comes from global investors, including pension funds and endowments, who want to make long-term investments in homes across the U.S. This money is not a loan, and there’s no extra debt, interest or monthly payments. We have no owner or occupancy rights—and we’re not on the deed or title.
What kinds of properties are eligible?
We invest in owner-occupied, primary residences such as single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. In some cases, we invest in second homes and multi-units. All we need is the address and we can make a decision about a property almost instantaneously.
